Heart-wrenching news has come from Pune, Maharashtra. A case of sexual harassment of two six-year-old girl students has come to light in the city. The police have taken action in the case and arrested the accused school van driver. This incident came to light on September 30, when the two girls were going home in the school van, and the driver touched their private parts.
Later, one of the students told her family about the incident. After this, the mother of the victim student went to the Vanwadi police station and filed a case against the school van driver who committed obscene acts. In this case, the police registered an FIR under the POCSO section and arrested the accused school van driver named Sanjay Reddy (45 years old). Along with this, the police have also taken Sanjay’s school van in their possession, in which this incident was committed.
Girls coming and going in the van will be questioned.
During the investigation of the case, the police are also going to question the families of all the girl students whom Sanjay used to bring and take in this school van. After Sanjay’s arrest in this incident, the workers of the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi Party expressed their anger and vandalized the school van parked in the police station and also said that the culprit arrested in this case should be hanged as soon as possible.

On this matter, Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the school van driver in Pune touched the girl in the wrong way and at the wrong place. The girl’s family has filed an FIR. After the girl’s examination, he touched another girl in the wrong way and at the wrong place. A case has been filed against him under POCSO. Such crimes have been imposed on him. Strict action is being taken. The director of the institution has also been called. It is also being investigated whether he is at fault in this or not. All the institutions are being told to check whether the drivers and staff of the transportation systems are competent or not.
