US President Donald Trump made significant changes to his investment portfolio in June, executing 1,051 trades across stocks, bonds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

The transactions had a total value ranging between $78.1 million and $263.1 million, according to the details provided.

The portfolio activity showed increased interest in defence stocks, alongside buying and selling across technology, consumer and financial names.

Defence stocks draw Trump’s attention

Defence stocks were among the key areas of interest in June.

Trump traded shares of defence contractor Palantir Technologies, along with RTX and Northrop Grumman.

The increased activity in defence stocks came around the time when Trump announced a peace deal with Iran on June 14.

25 ETF transactions in June

Trump's portfolio also saw significant activity in ETFs.

He carried out 25 ETF transactions in the $1 million-$5 million range. The largest ETF transaction involved the Vanguard Dividend Appreciation Index Fund ETF, with a sale valued between $5 million and $25 million.

The portfolio also saw purchases of funds from Fidelity and Home Depot.

Meta and Motorola shares sold

Among individual stocks, Trump's portfolio sold $1 million-$5 million worth of shares each in Meta and Motorola.

At the same time, the portfolio added positions in several major companies. Shares of Berkshire Hathaway, Cintas, Visa and Mastercard were bought in the $1 million-$5 million range.
