Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : Bollywood actress Dia Mirza is facing criticism on social media after she recounted an incident in which her 5-year-old son, Avyaan Azad Rekhi, taught an older delivery boy the right from wrong.

In fact, Dia recently appeared on Soha Ali Khan's podcast. While discussing climate change and her strong opposition to the use of plastic bags, she recounted an incident in which her son reprimanded a delivery boy for bringing a coconut in a plastic bag and a plastic straw.

While Soha praised Avyan's behavior, many listeners found the young child's behavior and Dia's support for him distasteful. The podcast clip quickly went viral. One comment called Dia "entitled" and wrote, "Imagine, someone is serving you in 40-degree Celsius heat, and you're talking to them with such rudeness and arrogance. This arrogance is beyond limits."
One wrote, 'If you don't want plastic, then go to the cart and buy it yourself and take it in a paper bag and then these same people pretend to be so civilized and 'real' on camera... what a joke.
Another said that Dia herself might be using makeup products that come in plastic containers, but she doesn't say anything about it. A child scolds a poor coconut seller – who makes a living by selling coconuts door to door in the scorching heat – and tells him to "take back his plastic," while adults praise it as "standing up to a big person."
