In a significant political statement regarding the administrative direction of Bihar, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Chaudhary has clarified that the state's governance will continue to follow its established path. Amidst the shifting political landscape, Chaudhary emphasized that the "Nitish Model" remains the gold standard for the state’s development.

The Deputy CM’s remarks come at a time when the partnership between the JD(U) and BJP is under constant public and media scrutiny, specifically regarding the leadership dynamics between Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the Deputy CMs.

"Governance Model Will Remain Unchanged"

Addressing questions about potential shifts in policy or administrative style, Vijay Chaudhary stated firmly that the model of governance in Bihar would remain "old" and tested. He referred to the long-standing vision of Nitish Kumar, which focuses on "development with justice" (Nyay Ke Saath Vikas).

According to Chaudhary, the current administration is committed to carrying forward the schemes and social engineering strategies that have defined the state’s progress over the last two decades.

The Role of Samrat Choudhary and "Blessings"

One of the most talked-about points in his address was the relationship between the Chief Minister and Samrat Choudhary. Vijay Chaudhary noted that Samrat Choudhary has reached his current position with the "blessings" of Nitish Kumar.

This statement is seen by political analysts as an attempt to project a united front and establish a clear hierarchy within the NDA cabinet in Bihar. By highlighting this mentorship, the Deputy CM aims to dispel rumors of internal friction or a "clash of egos" between the senior JD(U) leadership and the rising BJP leadership in the state.

Focus on Bihar's Development Agenda

Beyond the political optics, Chaudhary reiterated the government's focus on the "7 Resolves" (Saat Nischay) and other grassroots initiatives. He suggested that while the faces in the cabinet might change or expand, the core philosophy of serving the common man particularly in rural Bihar remains the top priority.

The message is clear: The leadership recognizes the importance of stability. For the residents of Bihar, this means a continuation of existing welfare programs and infrastructure projects without the disruption of a radical policy overhaul.
