He told the nation that decades of violence suffered by Bastar will now be a model of economic prosperity, employment, education, tourism and agriculture based development. The Chief Minister also talked about the new identity of the Naxalite-hit region.

The Chief Minister gave an action plan for the doubling the income of tribal families in Bastar by Rs 30,000 per month by 2027, setting up the milk revolution in the region, giving irrigation to 32,000 hectares, making tourism a major industry, besides investing in high-tech sectors such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and semiconductors. The Chief Minister said that according to the Developed India 2047, development works in Chhattisgarh are being done rapidly and the state is quickly heading towards becoming a developed state.

Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of states, Lt Governors of union territories, vice-chairman NITI Aayog, its members, and high ranking officials participated in the meeting held in Rashtrapati Bhavan. The Chief Minister further stated that Bastar has now got a new identity. He said "Today Bastar is getting a new identity. Now milk production is being developed in Bastar and plans have been made to give irrigation to fields. Digital health facilities are reaching to the villages and efforts are being made on a war footing to connect the youth with employment."

According to the Chief Minister, over three years, 30,000 rupees will be the average monthly income for Bastar families. At present, around 85 percent Bastar families earn an average of below 15,000 per month. The government aims to improve the economic conditions of the rural families through various schemes in agriculture, animal husbandry, forest produces, small scale industries, etc.

Dairy model is being implemented fast in Bastar: CM Sai

"The 'Dairy Model' is being fast-implemented in Bastar through which a plan of providing milch cows and buffaloes to tribal families is being undertaken. The main goal is to have a constant source of income in the villages, empowering women and youth and initiating new industries such as milk collecting, transport and local dairy markets. Two major schemes worth more than 2000 crores have been started to increase irrigation facilities in the region, which will irrigate 32,000 hectares. Constant water flow in Indravati River will help in producing vegetables, fruits and cash crops in the region," said CM Sai.

The Chief Minister said, "Digital health cards of nearly 36 lakh people are being prepared to enhance health services in the remote regions of Bastar. This will maintain accurate and quick records of the patients.women and aged persons will benefit the most from this facility." He said 200 security camps of the state are now being turned into "Seva Dera" through which they will get the advantage of 371 Central and state govt schemes ranging from rations, pension to health services and smart-card based bank transactions etc.

He said that the state government is developing Chitrakoot and Buddhist pilgrim Sirpur as the world's leading tourist centers with adventure, water sports, jungle safaris at the first, and in the second one Global meditation center, museum, river-front development of Mahanadi, etc. At an expenditure of over 2,000 crores. He said that as the number of tourists grows in Bastar, employment will be created in hotels, travel services, local shopping, Handicraft shops, guiding, etc.

The Chief Minister expressed the optimism that more than ten thousand youths will get employment through this and said that his government is rapidly bringing investment, good governance and technology into development and has made 435 reforms besides streamlining its single-window system for ease of investment. He also revealed that two modern units of semiconductors will be established in the state.

"A new mode of development based on education, health, skill development and Digital India is being prepared in Bastar which includes development of Education City in Abujhmad, Jagargunda and Dindori at a cost of about 100 crore rupees while 341 PM schools, 5,857 smart classes and 16 local languages of the children will also be included for better education. He also stated that as the tourism season of Bastar opens, the income opportunities for the locals will rise and thereby Bastar's economic prosperity will reach a new height.
