Gaurav Khanna’s Dessert Wins Over Judges

In a standout moment from the latest episode, Gaurav Khanna presented a visually stunning and technically advanced dessert. Served in a wine glass, his dish featured pavlova styled like a honeycomb, with ginger as the core flavor and syrup delicately flowing over the top.

The judges were deeply impressed by the creativity and complexity of the dish. Vikas Khanna, clearly moved, remarked, "I thought I had seen everything on repeat, but then you create this."
