Issue Structure, Price Band, and Financial Details

Valued at a total of ₹135.73 crore, the Hy-Tech Engineers IPO comprises a fresh issue worth ₹60 crore (1.13 crore shares) alongside an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹75.73 crore (1.43 crore shares). The company had previously fixed its price band at ₹50 to ₹53 per share, with a lot size of 283 shares, requiring retail investors to make a minimum investment of ₹14,999 for a single lot at the upper price band. Grey Market Premium (GMP) and Anticipated Listing Timeline

Driven by the overwhelming subscription figures, Hy-Tech Engineers shares are currently commanding a robust grey market premium (GMP) of approximately 84.91% over the upper issue price. While the unofficial indicator points toward lucrative listing gains of around 84%, market analysts remind investors that GMP is purely sentiment-driven and does not guarantee final listing performance.

Looking ahead, the share allotment is scheduled to be finalized on August 28th, with the official listing on the NSE and BSE slated for September 1st, 2026. Given the intense oversubscription, securing an allotment may prove competitive, keeping market participants closely focused on the upcoming debut.
