Rabri Devi used to sign in one and a half bittas, Sanjay Saraogi said on Tejashwi's allegations.
Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : Bharatiya Janata Party state president Sanjay Sarawagi has launched a scathing attack on former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, citing Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav's statements against Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary. He said that it was a dark day for Bihar when she was sworn in as Chief Minister. He said that Tejashwi Yadav should keep this in mind before speaking. In a statement, the RJD leader had called Samrat Chaudhary an illiterate Chief Minister. Earlier, he had also used the term "cheap minister."
Speaking to reporters in Patna, Sanjay Saraogi said that Rabri Devi didn't even know how to write when she was made Chief Minister. He even used the word "illiterate" but quickly recovered his composure. He said that Rabri Devi didn't even know how to write her name properly. She used to sign her name in one and a half bittas (a very long mark). Tejashwi Yadav has forgotten that day. These people don't care about anything beyond their families. That was a dark day for Bihar. Bihar had many prominent, educated, and capable leaders. However, Lalu Prasad Yadav sidelined everyone and made his wife the Chief Minister of Bihar.
Earlier, Tejashwi Yadav questioned the government's functioning. He said that the Chief Minister, who is illiterate, implements orders from Delhi. He shows no concern for issues like education, oppression, inflation, and unemployment in Bihar. The government lacks funds to provide scholarships to students, yet land worth crores is given away to wealthy individuals for a mere rupee. He shows no concern for investment needed for industrial development in the state.
On Sunday, Tejashwi Yadav asked the Samrat Chaudhary government and the BJP twenty questions on Rishushree and tender fixing. He said that Rishushree had manipulated government tenders by providing undue benefits to high-ranking politicians and officials. However, in the name of action, junior employees are being implicated. Everyone is busy protecting the real culprits. The names of those who were suspended on charges have not appeared in the charge sheet. Even the ministers of the departments where tender scams took place are not saying anything. This suggests that everyone is involved in this game. Rishushree was not so powerful that he could get government tenders for anyone by taking commissions.
