
Ayodhya is set to celebrate Ram Navami 2025 with unprecedented grandeur. For the first time, cultural programs will be organized alongside Deepotsav. The celebrations will include drone-based sprinkling of Saryu river water on devotees to beat the heat.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed officials to ensure that the event is celebrated on a grand scale without causing inconvenience to the lakhs of devotees expected to attend.
Ramlala Darshan for 18 Hours
On April 6, 2025, Ramlala will be available for darshan from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with a specially arranged 18-hour window. The government expects more than 20 lakh devotees over the three-day Ram Navami Mela from April 4 to April 6.
Facilities for Devotees Across the City
To ensure a smooth experience, several arrangements are being made:
Mats and sprinkling of water for relief from the heat
Temporary camps for shelter
Drinking water points at 243 locations
Cleanliness teams equipped with machinery by the Ayodhya Municipal Corporation

Abhishek of Ramlala: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Curtain closed: 10:30 AM to 10:40 AM
Alankaar of Ramlala: 10:40 AM to 11:45 AM (curtain open)
Bhog Offering: 11:45 AM (curtain closed)
Aarti: 12:00 PM (curtain removed)
The trust announced that the festival will be celebrated with "divine splendor and grandeur" at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple.
