AAI Recruitment 2025: A fantastic chance has opened for young job seekers aiming for government employment. The Airport Authority of India (AAI) is inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant in the Planning and Operation Departments. Interested candidates should submit their forms by 1 August 2025. The position offers a consolidated salary of ₹1.5 lakh per month and is initially contracted for one year. A total of 10 vacancies are available—6 in the Planning Department and 4 in the Operation Department. Applicants must complete separate online forms for each position on the AAI’s official website.  

Eligibility and Qualifications  

Senior Consultant Planning: Candidates must be aged 45 or younger on 1 August 2025. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering is required, along with an MBA in any specialization. Graduates from IITs or NITs will be given preference. Applicants should also have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in monitoring, executing, or developing MIS for infrastructure projects, ideally in airport planning or construction.

Senior Consultant Operations  

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, economics, or operations research, together with an MBA in any discipline.  

Applicants should have 8 to 10 years of experience in data analytics, including the preparation of formal reports and official replies.  

Application Process

Interested individuals may submit their applications online at aai.aero or edcilindia.co.in from July 21 to August 1. Those applying to more than one post must complete and submit separate applications for each.  

Selection Process  

Candidates will be shortlisted based on the educational background, relevant experience, document verification, and a subsequent interview. Only those candidates who are selected will receive communication via email.  

Important Notes 

Employment will be offered on a fixed contract for one year. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply. Applicants must have completed all educational and experience requirements by August 1, 2025.  

No travelling or daily allowances will be provided for attending the interview. Leave will be granted at the rate of 1.5 days per completed month of service, without any carryover or encashment.
