The Indian concert dates for the established singer were released last week along with the advertisement for his million Indian rupees tour. The performance tickets were up for sale the exact promoter after being eagerly awaited by fans.
The app Zomato was met with a rush which led to approximately 20,000 people are placed on the virtual waiting list, as per India Today. All 10 brand new concert tickets were swept up in less than ten minutes. This all occurred while the investors were engaged in an online purchase spree and the free tickets were now available. Free tickets were later switched to cheaper tickets for purchase.
The prices of Gold Balcony (Rs 3,999), Millionaire Pits (Rs 6000), and Premium Tickets (Initially sold at 6,500 but increased to 8500) sold out quickly due to high demand. General admission tickets on an average sold for more than Rs 2500 last month but due to an increasing demand for free tickets the price increased to 1499 during the sale of the tickets.
The Millionaire tour will begin on the 22nd of February in Mumbai followed by other destinations like Lucknow on the 28th of February and New Delhi on 1 March. The opening week will close with the tour reaching Indore on 8th March and Pune on 14th March. Ahmedabad and Bangalore will be the final two locations in India on March 15 and March 22.
The remaining three cities New Chandigarh, Jaipur and Kolkata will be hosting the last concerts of this tour March 23, March 29 and April 5 respectively
Honey Singh posted a story on Instagram that went viral talking about how excited he is for his India tour Considering how late in the year it is, Honey Singh is still very excited for this.
The singer rapped, “Don’t miss this experience guys !! From the streets of Karampura to the MILLIONAIRE corridors, here comes your YoYo… Millionaire Tour is not just a tour, ye meri kahani hai jise abb main aap sabke saath jeeyunga” in his Instagram post.
