A woman from Howrah district West Bengal forced her husband to cash in his kidney for Rs 10 lakh to afford his daughter's education before she ran away with her lover. According to police reports she took the entire monetary sum following her run away with her lover. Intense investigation has started after the Sankrail family of the husband submitted their official complaint. According to both family members the wife had persistently pleaded with her husband since the previous twelve months to carry out the kidney sale so they could afford to admit their twelve-year-old daughter to a better institution.
After numerous failed attempts to persuade him the woman signed a deal for kidney donation to receive Rs 10 lakh from the buyer. The medical operation took place recently following which the man reclaimed the money from the procedure.
The man received orders from his wife to stay inside and rest to enhance his recovery condition according to his account. The entire sum of Rs 10 lakh cash vanished from the almirah alongside additional money.
Friends and acquaintances tracked down the woman to Barrackpore which lies in the northern part of Kolkata beyond the geographical distance between Howrah and her current location.
The woman reportedly lived together with the man she married as her husband. Through the complaint she disclosed that his relationship with her began when he discovered her on Facebook more than twelve months ago.
Her husband along with his mother and daughter visited the Barrackpore house of the man yet she did not emerge outside.
Her lover said to them that she planned to file divorce proceedings using violence and mental abuse allegations against the family in-laws throughout their sixteen years of marriage.
When speaking with reporters the man stated his wife had not stolen money from the Sankrail family home but removed her own saved funds instead.
The police officer conducted a video scan of the lover's interaction with the husband’s family after receiving the complaint before beginning their investigation. The police stated they would first question both the woman in the dispute along with her lover as a necessary step.
