In a deeply distressing incident that has shaken Bulandshahr, a 16.5-year-old girl was abducted and gang-raped on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The victim had gone to a neighboring village to attend a religious fair (Mela) with her family when the perpetrators targeted her.

The police have acted swiftly, registering a case against four individuals and making multiple arrests.

The Abduction: Snatched from a Festive Crowd

The victim, a resident of a village under the Chola police station area, was visiting a fair in a nearby village with her relatives.

The Snatched Moment: As the evening set in, a youth allegedly gagged her to prevent her from screaming and forcibly dragged her away from the crowd.

The Car Abduction: She was bundled into a waiting car where other accomplices were present. The group then sped away to a secluded forest area.

Ordeal in the Jungle: Brutality and Terror

Once in the forest, the minor was subjected to a horrific ordeal:

Gang-Raped: Two of the youths allegedly gang-raped her inside the vehicle.

Attempted Assault: A second car carrying more youths arrived at the spot. One of them, whom the girl recognized, attempted to assault her as well.

Threats and Intimidation: The accused reportedly intimidated her by mentioning her uncle's name, suggesting they had stalked her and knew her family details.

The girl was eventually found by her family members who had been frantically searching for her. After regaining consciousness, she narrated the harrowing details of the crime.

Police Action: Names Named and Arrests Made

Based on the complaint filed by the victim's father, the Bulandshahr police have registered an FIR against three named suspects and one unidentified person.

Accused Identified: The named individuals are Dipanshu Yadav (resident of Sarai Dulha, Sikandrabad), Prince Yadav (resident of Bamheta, Ghaziabad), and Sunil Yadav (resident of Pachauta).

Current Status: Station House Officer (SHO) Balaram Singh confirmed that the police have conducted raids and arrested the accused. The victim has been sent for a medical examination, and further legal proceedings are underway.
