Why Are You Hungry After Eating: We eat food to satisfy our hunger, but if we feel the need to eat even after our stomach is completely filled, then understand that there is something wrong somewhere. Many people face this problem, but do not understand where the problem is. Famous dietitian Ayushi Yadav told that if hunger cravings occur even after eating, there could be 5 reasons behind it.

1. Lack of protein and fiber

Protein and fiber are two nutrients that make your stomach feel full for a long time. In such a situation, one gets freedom from unnecessary hunger cravings. Therefore, do not leave the meal lacking in both the nutrients so that it can help in curbing unwanted hunger.

2. Lack of water

If you are feeling hungry even after eating a full meal, it means that there is lack of water in your body. Therefore, drink 8 glasses of water a day and also consume a little water while eating.
