Woman dies after roof collapses in Kaushambi; Keshav Maurya directs District Magistrate to provide assistance
Taking immediate cognizance of the tragic incident in which Smt. Kalui (wife of Shri Juggi Lal) lost her life due to the collapse of the roof of a mud house in Udahin Khurd village (Sirathu block, Kaushambi district), Keshav Prasad Maurya has issued necessary directives to the District Magistrate of Kaushambi. He instructed that competent officials be immediately dispatched to the site to gather full details of the incident and ensure that necessary relief and assistance are provided in accordance with the rules.
Shri Maurya stated that the administration's responsibility increases significantly during the rainy season. Accordingly, the District Magistrate and district-level officials have been directed to remain vigilant in their respective areas and ensure there is no negligence in relief and rescue operations during any disaster situation. Special caution must be exercised regarding mud houses, dilapidated structures, waterlogged areas, and vulnerable locations to prevent potential accidents.
