On Thursday, Gorakhpur MP and renowned actor Shri Ravi Kishan (Shri Ravindra Shyam Narayan Shukla) paid a courtesy call on Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya at his official residence, 7-Kalidas Marg, Lucknow. During the meeting, the two discussed various political, organizational, and contemporary issues.
The conversation covered topics such as the development of Uttar Pradesh, the effective implementation of public welfare schemes, the role of public representatives, and various matters concerning the general public. Both leaders engaged in a dialogue on issues of public interest, focusing on development initiatives and public service within the state.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya emphasized the importance of ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach the poor, farmers, women, youth, and marginalized sections of society—a key priority for the state government—and underscored the need for the effective execution of public welfare programs. He stated that it is the duty of public representatives to remain among the people, understand their challenges, and strive continuously to resolve them. The discussion also touched upon development initiatives by the central and state governments, the expansion of infrastructure, rural development, job creation, and other matters related to public welfare. Furthermore, they shared perspectives on the efforts being made to bring positive change to the lives of the common people through the various development and welfare programs currently underway in Uttar Pradesh, under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath.
