Ghaziabad bank manager murder case: Shishupal denied bail

Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : The court denied the bail application of accused Shishupal in the March 16 shooting death of Punjab and Sindh Bank manager Abhishek Sharma within the limits of Ghaziabad Border police station. The accused said he was falsely implicated in the case. The prosecution opposed the bail saying the accused and his accomplice killed the bank manager with a licensed gun.

Ravindra would frequently take leave without notice – Abhishek, hailing from Lakhipur village in Bariarpur, Patna, lived with his family in flat number99in Delhi 99 Society located in Bhaupura.

He was the manager of Punjab & Sindh Bank inDelhi. Ravindra Hooda was security guard in the bank and took leave regularly without notice to Abhishek who often would verbally assault him. The argument occurred frequently. On March 16, Ravindra Hooda took leave without notice.

The bank manager called him on mobile phone to reprimand Ravindra, and the latter shot him in chest.

Ravindra immediately escaped with his partner Shishupal from the place of incident in waiting on his motorcycle. - Allegation –Shishupal was also involved in murder conspiracy: According to allegation, with the participation of his accomplice, the shooter had committed the murder of bank manager. The shot resulted in stampede in bank premises, wherein 40 customers and 6 bank workers were present. Police arrested both the culprits for murdering bank manager, following which a petition was presented in court for grantingbail toShishupal,which was dismissed on consideration of both parties arguments.
