Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : For the first time CM Yogi Adityanath spoke about his favorite subject in the public. Chief Minister CM Yogi has been speaking about getting the mafia eliminated by means of a campaign. For the last 9 years there has been great crackdown on mafia across the state of Uttar Pradesh. The government is constantly dealing with it.
For the first time CM Yogi named his favorite subject, saying "Mafia... Eradication of..." and related an interesting incident.
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath, during a D-3 Triveni event held in Lucknow spoke about his favorite subject and earned applause. The CM recalled an anecdote which involved a retired Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police (DGP) in which some mafia had taken possession of UP Police land and had asked the DGP to let bulldozers work for it. The chief minister declared that the stringent action against mafia leaders as a favorite subject and the government is constantly working on it.
For the first time since he took over as Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh in 2017, CM Yogi Adityanath publically addressed his favorite topic. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has consistently advocated a campaign to eradicate the mafia. The state has witnessed extensive action against the mafia in the past nine years, with large portions of land being taken back from them. CM Yogi emphasized that the government will continue taking stern action against the mafia.

During the event CM Yogi stated that in Lucknow a mafia had captured UP Police land. "Just before retiring the then DGP met me and told me this. He said this mafia has captured our land. I said that this is my favorite topic" laughingly he said "Just give it to me I will fix it." Then and there they filed an FIR against the mafia and got bulldozer action carried out against the encroaching Mafia and acted strongly without any delay.

The responsibility of the officer that changed the land to the mafia's name was also fixed.
CM Yogi also claimed that the moment this was discovered, the Government has already got the land freed and in addition, held to task all officers who have transferred the land in the mafia's name and warned that there is no place for land grabbers in any part of Uttar Pradesh and that Government will continue to crack down hard on mafia and will continue doing so in the future whether it is land owned by a poor person or the Government no mafia can occupy its land without permission of government and no body in UP will dare to do it.
