Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya ordered an inquiry into the causes of the Kaushambi incident and met the injured in the hospital
Expressing deep sorrow over the loss of life in the accident, Mr. Maurya met the bereaved families and offered his condolences. He said, "This is an extremely unfortunate incident. The news of the loss of life is deeply distressing. My sympathies are with the bereaved families. I pray to God for the speedy recovery of the injured and for granting the grieving families the strength to bear this immense sorrow."
Keshav Prasad Maurya issued directives to investigate the causes of the incident and take necessary measures, ensuring that strict action is taken against those found guilty. He emphasized that there should be no negligence in the investigation and directed that if any negligence or violation of rules comes to light, strict action be taken against the concerned individuals in accordance with the law.
Upon receiving information about the incident being handled at Prayagraj's Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital, the Deputy Chief Minister immediately arrived at the hospital, met the injured, and inquired about their well-being.
