Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : The accused arrested in the alleged embezzlement of donations for the Ram Temple are unlikely to find lawyers in Ayodhya to represent them, Bar Association officials announced on Sunday. Kalika Mishra, president of the Faizabad Bar Association, stated that the final decision on whether to not represent the accused in the alleged Ram Temple donation theft case would be taken at the organization's general meeting scheduled for Monday. It has now been decided today (June 29) that lawyers will not represent the accused in the Ram Temple donation theft case.

He pointed out that Ayodhya lawyers had made a similar decision in 2005 when they decided not to represent the accused in the terrorist attack on the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. According to Bar Association sources, the district's lawyers are deeply angered by the alleged embezzlement of offerings to the Ram Temple and are demanding strict action against all eight accused arrested in the case.

Bar Association Secretary Shailendra Jaiswal said, "We are all deeply saddened by the alleged theft of temple offerings. The lawyers of Faizabad have agreed not to represent the accused. A final decision in this regard will be taken at the general body meeting. Further action will be decided after that." Meanwhile, several lawyers also expressed displeasure over the alleged "secret" manner in which the accused were produced before the remand magistrate.

Due to some people, the image of the people of Ayodhya was tarnished all over the world.

Advocate Vivek Kumar Singh argued that the police should not have presented the accused before a magistrate amid heavy security. He added that they should have been taken out in public first, as in West Bengal. Senior advocate Rajendra Chaudhary said, "The actions of a few individuals have tarnished the image of the people of Ayodhya worldwide. Strict action should be taken against these accused under the bulldozer policy."

The police team searched the house of the accused.

Police sources said that simultaneous raids were conducted on Sunday at the homes of all eight accused arrested in the alleged embezzlement of donations for the Ram Temple. According to sources, in the presence of a local magistrate, the police team searched the homes of all the accused, including Lavkush Mishra, Avinash Shukla, and Ramashankar Yadav. This action came two days after an Ayodhya court remanded all eight accused to judicial custody until June 29. It is believed that the police may request their remand when the accused are produced in court on Monday.
