Rojgar Mela Meerut: This piece of information is important for you if you are from UP and on the lookout for a job. A job fair has been scheduled today for a duration of two days in Meerut, where the youth can find well-paying positions in the private sector. 70 to 80 companies are participating in the job fair. What qualifications do you need to have and how will the selection be performed?
The youth will be interviewed by representatives of the companies that have come for the job fair. Youth from 10th standard to post graduate, irrespective of IT disciplines or non- IT fields, can attend the job fair. These monthly remunerations will range from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 35,000 for the prospective interviewees. The special thing is if the candidate manages to do well in the interview, he will be issued a joining letter immediately.
Registration is optional.
A job seeker willing to attend the job fair is required to register in Rojgar Sangam portal, but he can still come to the job fair even if he fails to register. Such a facility will be provided to him during the fair. The assistant Director mentioned that most of the companies this time are from Meerut as it increases the chances of the local youth getting employment within their regions.
