Upon successful completion of the training, participants receive a certification from the railway authorities. This certificate can be used by these young individuals to easily secure loans from banks, enabling them to kickstart their own entrepreneurial ventures. Notably, in the North Western Railways alone, more than 5500 young individuals have already availed themselves of this free training opportunity.
