Uncle jailed for sexually assaulting his niece; case registered based on mother's complaint.:

In the Bansdih region of Ballia district, the cousin of a 12 year old girl has been arrested for the crime of allegedly raping her. Police sources said on Monday that on March 21, the girl was home alone in a village within the jurisdiction of the Bansdih police station. At that time, her cousin uncle sexually assaulted her. Kotwali in-charge Sanjay Singh told that on the mother of the child’s complaint, the accused was charged with rape and some degree of physical violence and was subsequently placed under arrest on Monday. A few days earlier, the same kind of case was witnessed in Bulandshahr, UP.

A 5 year old innocent girl was raped in Bulandshahr by an 85 year old man. She is from the Dalit community. As the girl was playing on the roof, he lured her and committed this atrocity. The police were informed and the girl was taken for medical check up. The old man was arrested by the authorities after the medical examination was done. After this incident, the family of the little girl quickly went to the police station and filed a complaint against the old man.

The police have opened an inquiry and have reported this incident as a crime case.

How did this scenario unfold entirely?

To put it simply, in Bulandshahr’s Naval police station region, an elderly man, 85, on a Saturday evening, intentionally brought a 5-year-old girl, who was playing outside, into his home. The elderly man fed the little girl a toffee before inappropriately um… fondling her. After learning about the incident, the girl’s family immediately contacted the police. Officers arrived promptly at the scene and filed the case based on the family’s report. Following the case, the young girl was physically examined at a district hospital. As stated by the girl’s father, she was playing on the house top and that's when the old man approached her and committed the awful deed.
