Suspense crime, Digital Desk : The Royal Challengers Bengaluru(RCB) have signed New Zealand wicketkeeper-batter Tim Seifert as a replacement for Jacob Bethell. Bethell will be out of the league after RCB’s 24 May, Sunrisers Hyderabad match in order to join England’s white-ball squad for the upcoming series against West Indies.
Seifert Returns to IPL After Two-Year Gap
Seifert will play in his third IPL season after stints with Delhi Capitals and KKR. In T20s, the 30 year old has 5862 runs over 262 games with a strike rate of 133.07.
Seifert will become available for selection during the final league match against the Lucknow Super Giants on May 27 and be eligible for the playoffs, if RCB makes the cut.
