5. Jwalamukhi Temple, Himachal Pradesh

Featuring natural eternal flames immortalized, which show presence of some form of divinity. The land itself is fiery in nature and instead of it being a curse it is a symbol. It represents what experience can do to one’s self while burning it from within.

6. Chamunda Devi Temple, Himachal Pradesh

Legends say that this is where good and evil forces had one of their epic battles. The temple today is a symbol for fighting one’s inner battles and has a diverse array of interpretations.
