Munna Prasad Gupta, an assistant teacher at the Government Upgraded Middle and High School, Tatidiri in the block of Dhurki, is making news for their inspiring method of conducting the census work, on horseback from village to village, in the country's spirit. Difficult circumstances are to be turned into opportunities through hard work and national spirit. It is Munna Prasad Gupta, an assistant teacher in Garhwa, who is demonstrating it.
Munna Prasad Gupta explained how taking inspiration from the Prime Minister's slogan to save fuel by not consuming diesel and petrol, he is taking his horse, 'Chetak', along for census work. It also becomes easy for him to carry out the work in the village while also helping save fuel. He stated how the moment he rides into the village on Chetak the villagers automatically come out of their houses so there is no need for calling them and also speed of the work increases.

The school's acting headmaster, Parasnath Yadav, stated, "Munna Prasad Gupta is extremely dedicated towards his work and serves as an inspiration for us. The way in which he converts difficulty into an opportunity is something for all of us to learn from; we are extremely happy and impressed by his work." He wishes him luck for his future.
The Tatidiri Panchayat head, Shakuni Ram, stated, "Munna Prasad Gupta is a great inspiration for the whole Panchayat. He even requests government employees in the Panchayat to not let any public work suffer because they don't have resources. He has given the example how everyone in difficult situations can prove to be an inspiration by working like Munna Prasad."
