In this tragic accident that happened this afternoon, a double-decker sleeper bus fell into a ditch. Due to the accident, 8 passengers on the bus died and more than 19 people were injured. It is being told that the bus was going from Lucknow to Delhi. Meanwhile, the speeding bus hit the UPDA water sprinkling tanker going ahead. The bus overturned after the collision. It is being told that this tragic accident happened in the afternoon due to the sleep of the bus driver.

Most of the dead and injured were residents of Lucknow and its surrounding districts, who were going to Delhi for employment.
