
Sambhal: The problems of Samajwadi Party MP from Sambhal, Ziaur Rahman Barq, have increased. Bulldozer action and heavy fines are looming over Barq’s house. He has been served a notice for building a house without getting the map approved. This notice has been served to him by the administration under Section 10 Regulation of Building Operation Act 1958.
Ultimatum for illegal construction
A notice has been sent to SP MP Bark seeking his response in this entire matter. In the notice, Bark has been given an ultimatum for illegal construction. If the construction of the house is not stopped, then along with a fine of Rs. 10,000, a fine of Rs. 500 per day and jail sentence can also be imposed. Along with this, he may also have to face demolition action.
Construction work has been going on for two years
Let us tell you that the construction of Bark’s house has been going on for the last two years. The under-construction house of SP MP Bark is being built in Deepa Sarai of Nakhasa police station area. This notice has been given by the administration at a time when a bulldozer roared in Sambhal on Wednesday. MP Bark had opposed this.
