India, on the other hand, initiated military action, Sindoor, destroying nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan. Border tensions boosted alongside Pakistan attempting counterattacks. Within all this, veteran actress Soni Razdan peacfully called for an end to violence by signing and advertising an online petition.

Instagram post urges for questions rather than violence.

Soni Razdan, the famed mother of actress Alia Bhatt, shared the uproar appeal on peace treaty on her Instagram. Along with her caption, she also encouraged following the petition aimed at calming the clashing hostility between the two nations. The link was included in her bio which led to her deactivated comment section and provided on her x bio. As per reports, the petition has reached 4,431 signatories so far.

Online trolls fixate on Razdan and Alia Bhatt.

Regardless of Razdan’s peaceful motive, her request has sparked fierce backlash and multiple debates regarding timing. Many users have taken claim she would rather support indian forces without showing public face. Further, users are labeling both Alia and Razdan’s allegiance as citizens of the UK since they claim passports—mere assumptions have heated heated debates online.

Alia Bhatt, on the other hand, voiced her support of the Indian Army by commending Operation Sindoor. Even so, both actresses have to deal with trolling online, with some users electing to unfollow them on social media platforms.
