Backlash Over Alleged ‘India’s Got Latent’ Controversy
The mentioned controversies arise from Samay's alleged version of India’s Got Levant. The show came under fire after an episode featuring YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia posed an extremely inappropriate question to one of the contestants. This led to severe outrage and further FIRs being registered against Raina, Allahbadia, and the entire crew.
Samay decided to take down all the episodes off YouTube.
Samay Raina Continues His Tour Plan
Raina seemed to be undeterred by the drama. He shared plans for an extensive tour across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe.
Tour Start: Cologne, on June 5.
Tour Will Conclude: Sydney, July 20.
In an Instagram story, he suggested that parts of the drama could be used for new routines:
“Through all the challenges of my life, the greatest comedy emerged. See you on the tour.”
His comment went viral and the ticket selling site even shut down for a couple of minutes because of traffic overload.
