Salman Khan recently addressed the importance of support from fellow actors during film promotions. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, he spoke about the lack of encouragement from industry peers for his latest release, Sikandar, despite his long-standing support for their projects.
He remarked, “They must think I don’t need it. But everyone needs it,” emphasizing that all artists appreciate collective backing, regardless of their status.
Acknowledging Fellow Actors and Upcoming Films
In the same conversation, Salman extended his support to his colleagues by promoting their upcoming projects. He praised Sunny Deol’s action film Jaat, confidently predicting its success. “With the way Sunny is going, he will hit the ball out of the park,” he added. Jaat is scheduled for release on April 10, 2025.
Salman also applauded the Malayalam film L2: Empuraan, starring Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran, which hit theatres just two days before Sikandar. Known for promoting films across languages and industries, Salman once again showcased his trademark camaraderie.
