Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Preity Zinta, a bollywood actress, recently went to the Khatu Shyam Ji Temple in Reengus. This came after the Punjab Kings won against the Rajasthan Royals on May 18. This clinched Kalra’s team’s position in IPL playoffs. Zinta, who is known for her rigid spiritual faith, sought blessings during this visit.
A clip of featuring her simple visit has gone viral on social media where she is seen folding her hands in prayers with her head covered with a dupatta. She seems to have taken time off her busy work schedule to make this special trip.
Zinta’s First Signs of Composure
This marks the first time the actress goes to the temple and she is seen wearing a baby pink suit. She looks peaceful as she offers her prayers and her calm nature demonstrates her soft spirit.
While she lives abroad now after getting married, Zinta never seems to forget her roots. The actress is known to frequent the Golden Temple, and other religious places, and even attends grand events such as Maha Kumbh.
Warm Welcome at the Temple
As reported by News18, Shyam Mandir Pratap Singh’s former president of Shri Shyam Mandir Samiti recived her and made certain that she was properly ushered through all customs. Post her prayers, she was granted a Shyam dupatta in the office of the temple.
Moreover, Manvendra Chauhan of the Nij Mandir Pujari Sevak Parivar also presented her with a silver badge of honor.
Coming Soon in Cinemas and IPL Zinta Continues To Cheer
Preity Zinta has been spotted numerous times cheering for the Punjab Kings during the IPL. Her fans are also looking forward seeing more of her on the silver screen as she stars along side Sunny Deol, Karan Deol, and Shabana Azmi in Lahore 1947 directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
