Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Speaking at an event in Bhopal yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi issued a Pakistan warning adding that any act of aggression will be met with adequate retaliation. Modi referenced Operation Sindoor, which was designed to counter the Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, and indicated that India has redefined the term sindoor from a cultural mark into one of national spirit and bravery.
“If Pakistan uses arms against us, we will respond in copious amounts of fire… the same goes for everything else. If we get fired at, the response will not be held back,” Modi added.
Operation Sindoor remains as India’s largest strike against Anti Terrorism Warfare.
In the address, the PM considered Operation Sindoor as the most accomplishing anti terrorist operations India has furhtered.
“The Pahalgam attack wasn’t only agiansat India’s people, it was an attack on our unity and our culture. More importantly, it was an affront on ‘Nari Shakti’,” he added.
Indian forces conducted the joint missile assault on Vision 7 along with the sabre at nine declared POJK terror installations. This included notorious command centers of Jaish-e-Mohammad in Bahawalpur and Lashkar-e-Taiba in Muridke. This was all done under the operation ‘Sindoor’
Honoring Ahilyabai Holkar and the Launch of Development Projects
The Prime Minister made comments while attending the Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Mahila Sashaktikaran Maha Sammelan marking the 300th birth anniversary of Ahilyabai Holkar, a queen from the 18th century India famous for her social welfare spending and reforms as well as her public service.
As part of these events, the PM also launched several development projects in the state and honored Ahilyabai's memory by issuing a commemorative coin and postage stamp worth Rs 300 alongside the inauguration of Indore Metro's Super Priority Corridor, Datia and Satna airports.
Women in the Defence Forces of India
PM Modi mentioned the advanced position of women in India’s defense forces, discussing Lt Cdr Roopa A and Lt Cdr Dilna K of the Indian Navy who have just returned from a 250-day cruise around the world in a sailing boat powered by wind.
“From school premises to the battlefield, the world is witnessing the courage of India’s daughters. The nation has full faith in their capabilities,” he emphasized.
