Uttar Pradesh: Noida Authority CEO Lokesh M has taken strict action against the negligence of his employees. The CEO instructed the staff of the housing department to work standing for half an hour as punishment, when he saw an elderly couple waiting for hours to get their problem solved, but their work was not done.

According to the incident, the elderly couple had reached the housing department of Noida Authority with their problem. They stood there for hours, but their work was not done. CEO Lokesh M saw these elderly people standing for a long time on the screen of the CCTV camera installed in his office. After this, he immediately asked the employees of the housing department to solve their problem. However, after some time when the CEO looked at the CCTV again, the couple was still standing.
Employees were reprimanded
On this, the angry CEO reached the residential department and reprimanded the employees. He said, “Only when you work standing, will you be able to understand the problems of the elderly.” After this, he instructed all the employees to work standing for half an hour. After this order, the employees of the department worked standing. The video of this entire incident went viral on social media.
