Meta’s Indiana head resigns, fourth senior executive to leave

Manish Chopra, director of META and head of partnerships in India, has resigned. The wave of saying goodbye to the parent company of major social media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp continues. Chopra is the fourth senior executive to leave the company since November 2022. He joined Meta in January 2019. Now he has resigned from META. He chose LinkedIn to announce his resignation.

Chopra shared the resignation post on LinkedIn, the popular social media platform for professionals. However, he added that he would help complete the exit process from the company in the next few weeks. Apart from this, he thanked the company for the trip to Meta.

Chopra further added that she is very proud of her team and the work they’ve done to become allies to creators and businesses across the country. He thanked everyone in the design post.

Chopra ready for next trip

Chopra also mentioned layoffs around the world, including at Meta. He said that it has been a very difficult time for everyone in recent months. His team helped each other a lot regardless of their own. He further added that he is looking forward to the next phase in his professional life.
