Suspense crime, Digital Desk : A road accident in Tamil Nadu’s Dharmapuri on June 6, 2025, left popular Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko injured and his father, CP Chacko, dead on the spot after suffering severe injuries.
The family’s trip from Bengaluru to Kerala turned tragic around 7 AM when their car collided with a stationary truck near Palacode. It's evident from the details that the impact of the collision must have been severe because CP Chacko appeared to have suffered immediate fatal injuries from the collision.
Rest of the family were immediately taken to the Government Hospital in Dharmapuri to check the extent of injuries.
Shine Tom Chacko’s mother Maria Carmel, his brother, and the car’s driver also suffered injuries. Reports state that Chacko sustained an arm injury but was in stable condition. Other family members remained under close observation by the hospital staff.
Police Investigation Underway
Authorities predict that the accident and the role of the stationary truck must be investigated further. More details are expected after a formal report is filed by local traffic and highway officials.
