A massive fire broke out at the Hayatnagar police station in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, creating chaos within the police administration. The cause of the fire remains unclear, although early reports suggest it may have been triggered by falling high-tension electric wires.

As the flames spread rapidly, police officers were forced to evacuate the building. The blaze destroyed several vehicles parked inside the station premises, reducing many to ashes. No casualties have been reported so far, but the incident has prompted serious concerns about fire safety infrastructure in government facilities.
