Lieutenant Vinay Narwal's Wife Himanshi Bids Tearful Farewell After Pahalgam Terror Attack:

The 26-year-old Naval officer had been shot dead by terrorists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. In an overwhelming show of emotion, Himanshi, wife of Lieutenant Vinay Narwal, was seen crying bitterly as she paid her last respects to her husband.

The officers death has been devastating for the family and the country. His widow relived the fond memories of their brief time together and the events that culminated in his death, still feels like a bad dream.

A Heart Breaking Farewell

Himanshi Narwal clutching her husband’s coffin accompanied all the way to the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, after his remains were brought there. For her Oberoi apartment in Gurugram recently became a cage of memories. Alongside dreams of a honeymoon which opted on to shed itself. The couple had planned for a shuddi honeymoon and even bought tickets for one. They had just married on April 6.

In tears, she explained her emotional thoughts shared through tears. “In every single thing we do from here on out, we will try to make him proud. For him the world is still surviving, and for that, we should really be proud. It’s because of him,” while burying her head in the coffin, the coffin was rolling out resting on a wheeled stretcher too at the same moment.

Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, Chief of Indian Navy, paid tributes by placing a wreath on Lieutenant Narwal’s remains at the Airport which honors the officer’s sacrifice. The loss of Narwal’s life during a holiday in Pahalgam with his wife has been very tragic for the family and the community.

Narwal managed to impress and inspire a lot of people throughout is life. His neighbor, Naresh Bansal narrated the excotic tale of how the whole Narwal neighborhood got together to attend a wedding they never wanted to miss. “After the marriage, everybody was elaborately celebrating and in a amused mood. And now suddenly, this sad news comes,” he said. Seema, another longtime neighbor, remembers how joyous the family Narwal was. The love they displayed in their have and the pride the family beamed in to his achievements.

A Life Of Dedication:

Getting married recently and celebrating the same with the wife Himanshi in Bhusli village Karnal is where Lieutenant Narwal hails from. The Young officer after clearing the A-side of his engineering went on to clear exam to join Indian Navy. Out to Bhutan for a swizz honeymoon, plans were scrapped when Seema’s two weeks shf rot at reserve changed to leave and they shifted to Kashmir instead .

Friends, family, or neighbors reminissing, it does not matter who it is because the nation mourning over the tragic jewel being loos on such a stunning officer does make fle for multi shed. But fact remains, all of them losing the dark future he had is devastating.
