Kolkata: New principal of RG Kar Hospital announced, now this person has got the responsibility

This person got the command 

Manas Kumar Banerjee has been appointed as the new principal of RG Kar Hospital. He was earlier the principal of Barasat Medical College Hospital. Earlier also he was transferred to the post of principal of RG Kar Medical College but due to some allegations of former principal Sandeep Ghosh, he was not able to take charge last time and due to some unknown reason, Sandeep Ghosh’s transfer as the principal of RG Kar was withdrawn within two days.

Apart from this, Saptarishi Chatterjee has been made the new MSVP in RG Kar Hospital. Saptarishi was till now the MSVP of Bankura Sammilani Medical College.

Let us tell you that today RG Kar Hospital Principal Suharitha Paul, MSVP Bulbul Mukherjee, Head of Chest Department Arunabh Dutta Chaudhary, and Assistant Super Sucharita Sarkar were also removed from their posts. Health Secretary Narayan Swaroop Nigam has taken this big action.

When the case of rape and murder of a trainee doctor came to light in Kolkata, there was opposition against the then principal of RG Kar Hospital, Sandip Ghosh. Seeing the anger growing, Sandip Ghosh resigned from his post and then Suharitha Paul was made the principal of this hospital. Now the news has come that after the protest of the students, Suharitha Paul has also been removed from her post.
