Her family provided an audio file that purports to contain Kim Sae Ron speaking about her relationship with Kim Soo Hyun during her school years earlier this month. In response, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency, Gold Medallist, vehemently dismissed the allegations claiming the claims are lies and defamatory.

Other sources such as YouTuber Lee Jin Ho have come out with the assertion that the audio is indeed AI generated which throws doubt on the validity of the evidence.

Legal Counsel Under Scrutiny
Bu Ji Seok, who is the lawyer for the side of Kim Sae Ron, is receiving backlash for allegedly being too deceptive towards the family of the actress. There are claims that he has been reported to Korea’s National Human Rights Commission which worsens the situation.
