Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : Brown Trailer: Karisma Kapoor's upcoming series 'Brown' had its trailer launched by the makers on Saturday, May 30. The trailer looks of a murder mystery that is set in Kolkata. Directed by Abhinay Deo, the series stars Karisma in a leading role along with Jisshu Sengupta, Surya Sharma, Soni Razdan, and Ajinkya Deo in other vital roles.
How is the trailer of Brown?
The show is about a tormented police officer, Rita Brown, investigating a high profile murder of a teenager. Based on the novel by Abheek Barua entitled 'City of Death,' Rita is seen dealing with her own mental issues and at the same time tackling the murder case.
The trailer features Karisma as Rita, who is seen working with her junior officer, Arjun (Surya Sharma), and another supporting character played by Jisshu Sengupta as a psychiatrist who holds some important information. As the story proceeds, another murder takes place and the mystery is further deepened with the show revealing a darker and grim side.

'Brown' is based on an investigative thrillers and is presented in a dark and sombre theme, picturizing Rita in a grim and emotional world. She is shown as a strong character but is disturbed by all the hardships she has to undergo. In between the struggles, she is seen speaking a crucial dialogue, "The one who saves is God, the one who kills is the devil. Where is the human between God and the devil?"
The trailer highlights her distress with scenes where she is seen smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol and popping pills. The presence of Soni Razdan, as Rita's mother adds family values to the story and so does the supporting cast.
