Kanpur Man Attacks In-Laws' Home After Divorce, Caught on CCTV:

Kanpur/Praveen Pandey : A divorce sought by a young lady has cost her dearly in the Karrhi locality of Barra police station area. Her husband together with half a dozen associates is accused of hurling stones at her residence. The entire incident was captured on CCTV camera. Police reached the area soon after being informed of the incident and have begun investigating the matter.

As per the victim's statement, she was married to a lad from Kakori Cantt about eight years back. The husband began revealing his true nature shortly after the marriage. The woman further narrated that the husband would coerce her into having illicit relationships with his friends. When she opposed his unreasonable demands, he started hitting her. This cycle of violence went on time and again and sick of this the victim finally decided to seek divorce and filed a petition for the same in Court.

Her husband, along with his friends, was furious when he noticed this woman on social media, and attacked her house deftly under the guise of the cover of darkness by throwing hats. The glass panes of the house were shattered when stones were thrown, which left the family members in fright. Fortunately, their children were unhurt during the frantic struggle. This complete Attack was recorded at the CCTV camera which has now been seized by the police.

Currently, the police have commenced an investigation into the case, and work is being done to apprehend the suspect. The victim has called for severe punishment against her husband and his accomplices.
