Suspense crime, Digital Desk : In a public clash between two of the world's most powerful and controversial figures, Elon Musk and Donald Trump, an unexpected voice has emerged to weigh in: Musk's estranged transgender daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson.
The feud ignited when former President Trump, during a political rally, dismissed Musk as "another bullshit artist." Never one to shy away from a public spat, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO fired back on his social media platform, X (formerly Twitter). Musk retorted that Trump was too old to run for president again and should "hang up his hat & sail into the sunset."
As the war of words escalated, Vivian Jenna Wilson made a rare and pointed public comment. She shared a screenshot of another user's post that read, "i can't believe we live in a world where donald trump and elon musk are fighting and somehow i am on donald trump's side." Above this, Vivian added her own cutting caption: "love being proven right."
Her comment is a powerful statement, suggesting that her father's public behavior validates her long-held negative opinion of him. It implies that even siding with a figure as polarizing as Trump feels more justifiable to her than supporting her own father.
This public jab is the latest chapter in a painful and well-documented family rift. In 2022, at the age of 18, Vivian legally changed her name and gender. In her court petition, she gave a stark reason for the change: "gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form."
The estrangement is widely believed to be connected to Musk's public comments on transgender issues. He has previously mocked the use of personal pronouns, tweeting that "all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare," and has shared views considered by many to be transphobic.
While the battle between Musk and Trump is one of political ego and public influence, for Vivian Jenna Wilson, it has become a moment of deeply personal vindication, played out for the entire world to see.
