What Are the Causes of the Problematic Pre-Menopause Situation?

Dr K. Srinath Reddy listed factors like stress, smoking habits, faulty eating plans, inadequate sleeping patterns, suffering from diabetes and environmental pollutants in the air and passive smoking – including the consumption of smoke by others – as the factors that contribute to prematurely causing menopause.

The male-smoking of smoke will also boost early-age menstruation in women, the health expert told HT.

The experts feel that in the India region anaemia, early-age marriage, excessive pregnancies, nutritional inadequacies, also cause menopause to onset early in age. Screenings for early onset of menopause should now ideally be done alongside screenings for diabetes, high blood pressure and heart attack.
