Walking is not exercise

Walking very slowly
The 5 indicators of body function are heart rate, body temperature, respiratory rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation. According to a report by Digital Commons@SHU, walking is the 6th indicator of body function, which means if someone walks too slowly it is dementia that might be present.
Walking with a phone
Holding your phone in hand while walking can lead to bad posture by causing constant attention to your message, videos or any social media. Neck and lower back problems are some of the many consequences caused by bad posture. This also leaves no break for the brain.
Not walking with your hands
If one doesn't have a habit of swinging their hands or swings their hand less while walking then it is a bad walking posture. This problem leads to imbalance in the body and fall in the event when the body’s balance isn't right and hence it is advisable to have proper swing in hands.
Wearing wrong shoes
Heavy shoes or shoes with hard soles can tire our feet and make them pain. Walking shoes should be light and have an air flow within the feet and they should also be water repellent.
