The remarkable success story revolves around Mohammad Arshad, Mohammad Irshad, and Irfan Khan, sons of local farmer Haji Shahabuddin. Hailing from Sakras village in the Mewat region—where securing government employment is a deeply cherished aspiration—the family overcame limited financial resources through sheer grit and perseverance.

Humble Beginnings: The three brothers completed their primary education at their native village's government school, followed by 10th grade at Mohammadia High School and 12th grade at Dayanand Saraswati Senior Secondary School in Firozpur Jhirka.

TGT Recruitment Milestone: The brothers originally made headlines by clearing the Haryana Staff Selection Commission's TGT recruitment in 2024, where Mohammad Arshad was selected for TGT Urdu, while Mohammad Irshad and Irfan Khan cleared the examinations for TGT Social Science. Their enduring academic excellence continues to capture public attention.

CM Nayab Saini Highlights Transparent Recruitment

Addressing an orientation event in Nuh for 1,054 newly appointed primary teachers (PRTs) of the Mewat cadre, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini spotlighted the brothers' achievement from the public platform. Contrasting current recruitment standards with past eras plagued by allegations of nepotism, regionalism, and monetary favors, the Chief Minister reiterated that the state's employment framework is now anchored entirely in transparency, merit, and fair opportunity.
