Vande Bharat train: These include Hatia- Bengaluru, Hatia- Raipur, Hatia- Pune, and Hatia- Puri. The South Eastern Railway Board has proposed to Central Railway Board for these four Vande Bharat trains. The proposal for these four trains has been sent earlier in February this year.

As per the received information from South Eastern Railway, two to three trains operate from Ranchi to Pune and Bangalore. For Pune, there is a single train. In this situation, especially the student class faces a lot of challenges. Students pursue education in Bangalore and Pune.

In this regard, Vande Bharat train serves as a reliable and helpful means of transportation for these girls. There is a long waiting list to travel to Bengaluru and Pune daily. Therefore, there is particular demand for Vande Bharat trains to these two cities.

Among all routes, Ranchi to Puri is more congested because it is a seasonal hot-spot for travelers. Currently, Tapaswini Express departs Ranchi at 2.30 PM and reaches Puri at 7:30 AM. This schedule allows travelers to still spend 1-2 days at the destination.

The introduction of Vande Bharat is a great option for engineering learners located in Puri and Bhuwaneshwar as they frequently travel to Ranchi. It is expected that travel time will be reduced to 5-6 hours, making the ride convenient for tourists and aiding in high student demand.

The same goes for travelers going to Raipur. It is a business hub, so people traveling to Raipur from Ranchi for work are in the business class. If the travel time is brought down to 4-5 hours, it will be highly advantageous economically. I'm sure all 4 new trains will have sleeper cars as well.

Though the Central Railway Board has not responded to this proposal as of now, it is anticipated that it will be looked at shortly, and the residents of Ranchi might soon receive the gift of four Vande Bharat trains.
