In the clip, a visibly emotional Sana is seen inside an ambulance, accompanying her mother’s body. She can be seen reciting prayers, with her husband, Mufti Anas Sayied, by her side.
This news comes after Sana had previously taken to social media to share that her mother was unwell, asking her followers and well-wishers for prayers for her recovery.
Sana Khan, who was a well-known name in the entertainment industry and a popular contestant on "Bigg Boss," stepped away from her acting career in 2020 to pursue a spiritual path. She is married to Mufti Anas Sayied, and the couple welcomed their first child, a son, last year.
The family is currently in a period of mourning.
