Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav faces a new challenge after the Allahabad High Court turned down his plea concerning the notorious Noida rave party case. This petition sought cancellation of the charge sheet and court summons issued against Yadav. Justice Saurabh Srivastava of the Allahabad High Court rejected the plea.

The Rave Party Case Details

Legal Charges under Various Acts
The FIR substantiates numerous charges based on various Laws: IPC: Sections. 289, 284, 120B, NDPS ACT:

8, 30, 22,32,29 Wildlife Protection Act 51 9 3936,39 50 49 49A. These charges center on Animal Cruelty, possiss and or use of Narcotic substances and conspiratie.

Elvish Yadav Case Court Proceedings and Defenses

In this case, Yadav had argued that the court charge sheet was unduly dismissable. This elicited insufficient grounds for prosecution which Yadav claims served as unfair justification. Yet, in this instance, the High Court does not find merit in the argument and counters this claim by asserting legal processes in question can continue.
