From Humble Beginnings to a Multi-Billion Enterprise
The phenomenal market entry marks a remarkable chapter for Milky Mist, a brand built on perseverance. Founded by an entrepreneur who once left school and started by selling just 10 kg of cheese, the company has scaled into a corporate giant valued at over ₹10,778 crore. Headquartered and anchored by its massive processing plant in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, Milky Mist manufactures a diverse portfolio of daily-use dairy items, including fresh paneer, cheese, butter, ghee, yogurt, and ice cream.
Growth Strategy and Fund Utilization
With the successful completion of the public offering, the company is well-positioned for its next phase of expansion. Management has announced that the net proceeds from the fresh issue will primarily be deployed toward debt reduction, strengthening the company's balance sheet. Furthermore, a significant portion of the capital will be channeled into modernizing and expanding the core production facility in Perundurai to meet rising domestic and international consumer demand.
